At Kalmed Clinic, we don’t just sell "sleep tests." We provide a fully clinically governed medical pathway. We have designed this pathway to give you everything you need to solve the problem in one transparent package.

  • GP-Led Assessment: A clinical review of your history and symptoms before we begin.
  • Validated Home Diagnostics: Vivisol , our Partner ,  ship a clinical-grade sleep monitor to your door. You sleep in your own bed, not a hospital ward.
  • Results Interpretation: Your data is scored and reviewed by experienced clinical sleep physiologists, not automated software and confirmed by a clinician.
  • Video Consultation: A video call with a GP to explain your results and action plan.
  • Treatment Decision & Prescription: If you have Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA), we issue the prescription you need for CPAP therapy immediately with recommendations for lifestyle or other treatments to help.
  • Treatment Pathway Activation: We don't leave you to find your own machine. We connect you directly to our partner, Vivisol, for seamless setup and ongoing support.

How it works

  1. Screening and Consultation: The process begins with an online questionnaire to assess your risk. This is followed by booking the service online with an option for a face-to-face consultation at the clinic or a video consultation to discuss your symptoms and medical risk factors.
  2. Home Sleep Test:  Vivisol , our partner , will contact you to arrange delivery of the diagnostic device. You will complete a one-night recording in the comfort of your own home.
  3. Clinical Analysis: The recorded data is uploaded to the cloud for clinical scoring. Following scoring and review of your sleep by experienced sleep physiologists and a doctor a detailed clinical report will be generated.
  4. Results and Treatment Plan: You will have a  consultation to discuss the report findings. If treatment is required, we provide a full range of options including CPAP therapy, Mandibular Advancement Devices (MAD), lifestyle plans, or referral letters to the NHS if needed.
  5. Optional Follow-up: For patients starting treatment, we offer optional Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to track CPAP adherence and symptom improvement, ensuring you get the most out of your therapy.
